Accommodation
A two bedroom 1st floor apartment,
with air conditioning in each room, in a peaceful residential area
of Playa Flamenca. The apartment sleeps
four and is suitable for families and/or couples.

TV (English-speaking channels, BBC 1&2, ITV, Sky Sports
1,2,3, Fox Kids and Moviemax).

w.c. and hand basin.

style kitchen including, hob, fridge / freezer, washing

There are also sundry
items such as iron and ironing board, with hairdryer, pedestal fan.

Two heaters are
available for cooler weather, although, the air conditioning
is hot and cold.

The apartment has air-conditioning and roller
shutters for the hot summer days.

Airport Transfers
Transport
to and from either airport can be arranged.
Location
Playa Flamenca is approximately 40 minutes drive
south of Alicante airport and 20 minutes north of Murcia airport.
There are a wide range of facilities including shops,
restaurants, bars and a local market on Saturday mornings.
Torrevieja is the nearest town, 10 minutes drive, bus or taxi
away. Plenty of shops with street markets, restaurants, bars and
the lovely promenade, several beaches and a marina.
The blue flag beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are within walking
distance and there are water sports available in the area.
The Costa Blanca has some magnificent golf courses and there are
three within 5 minutes drive. Villamartin is without doubt one of
the finest golfing complexes along with Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
This part of the Mediterranean coast enjoys over 300 days of
sunshine per year, the summers bring dry and the winters very mild. The
World Health Organisation considers this area to be one of the
healthiest in Europe due to the combination of the salt lakes,
salt flats, sunshine hours and temperatures.
Additional
information
Sheets and towels are provided (Not beach
towels).
No smoking and no pets.
A welcome pack and airport collection are available
at an additional cost if required.
Deposits
A deposit of £50 per week is required with the
booking, the remaining balance 8 weeks prior to departure.
An additional key/security deposit of £100 is required with the
balance. This is refunded in full when the keys are returned,
subject to there being no damage and no excess cleaning required.
Insurance
Please ensure that you are adequately insured for
your holiday. Owner does not accept responsibility for loss of
belongings, accidents or injuries.

A one-off additional charge of £30 per visit is
made for cleaning and laundry (except for
long-lets - more than one month).
