Situated
on the San Luis/La Siesta complex, this exclusive large
3 bedroomed Villa, which stands in its own private
grounds, boasts an additional 3 bedroomed lower level
apartment. A 6 bed roomed accommodation in total. The
Villa is being let as two separate units.
Each unit is furnished to a very high standard with two bedrooms
with double beds and one with
one bunk bed and 1 single, shower
room, toilet, wash hand basin, and bidet. The
lounge also has a sofa bed, which sleeps 2, which can be used if necessary.
Sleeps 6, any additional persons would be charged pro
rata..
Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Television, iron, ironing board,
washing machine and all linen except personal towels are
provided. The upstairs unit has air conditioning.
Also for your enjoyment is the luxury of a private
swimming pool and built in Barbeque with BBQ dinning
area and poolside furniture.
The Villa enjoys complete privacy and is secure for the
safety of children
Location
The
Villa is in a quiet location near the bustling
picturesque town of Torrevieja (Spanish for "Old
Tower") 25 minutes from Alicante or Murcia
Airports. The coast road fringes many convenient beaches
and coves for which Costa Blanca is famous. Less than 20
minutes from the Villa are three national golf courses
one of which is owned by Champion golfer Serviano
Ballesteros. Being on high ground, the Villa enjoys
wonderful sunset views towards the western lakes and
mountains looking from the cool shaded terrace which
itself looks down onto the free form swimming pool which
has underwater lighting for safe night bathing. Ten
minutes will take you to the many white sanded and safe
beaches.
Local shops, restaurants and bars stocking English beer
are approximately 8 minutes walk, whilst regular bus
services running past the Villa will take you to the
night life of the town around the picturesque Harbour,
esplanade and international Marina. Torrevieja is a very
attractive area and has many new facilities such as Aqua park,
Sport centre and state of the art Multiscreen cinema,
Ten pin bowling, etc. The historic cities of Elche and
Murcia in the mountains and naval ports of Alicante and
Cartagena of Armada fame are close by. The area has many
open air markets and boasts the largest one in Europe
which is in Torrevieja itself. For
your further entertainment and pleasure there are
numerous wild life "Safari" parks and the new
theme park of "Terra Mitica" close to Benidorm
only one hour away.
