in us managing your property?
We currently offer a package to our home owners which include:
regular inspections of your property in order to reduce any
problems that may occur in your absence, key holding, cleaning
services, airport collections, advertising your property on our
website for rentals, the management and payment of your rentals,
24 hour emergency contact for your guests, and general
administration charges. We work closely with our owners who
actively market their own properties in the UK should they wish
to rent whilst we advertise on our website and here in Spain, in
The Round Town News, local exhibitions, and on Sol productions
our local TV network. Along with our own advertising we are also
a member of the Business Group España, a local networking group
that also advertises our services with the aim to reach a wider
audience here in Spain. We keep in regular contact with our
owners to update availability charts and have a lo-call
telephone number set up from the UK so we can offer that
personal touch.
How much does it
cost?
The cost for our full Management and Renting package
is 450 €uros annually. This cost includes, key holding,
advertising to rent out your property to holiday makers on our
website and in the local press, 24 hour emergency contact for
guests, management of your rentals including administration,
regular monthly inspections, which will include: the checking of
all lights and replacing any bulbs, checking any watering
systems, pool checks if applicable, making the entrance to the
property tidy, sending reports to you and advising of any
maintenance work that may be needed. We will also manage your
private rentals and arrange cleans etc. Extra property visits
for either meet and greets, key exchange, emergencies or utility
connections are charged at 25 €uros for the first hour and 10
€uros per hour thereafter. Cleaning costs, airport collections
and welcome packs are paid by guests locally or as otherwise
agreed with Property Choice.
Long Term
Rentals
Should you want to rent out your property to tenants that
wish to stay here in Spain for a long period of time, normally 3
to 6 months then we can manage this for you as well, however the
costs would alter according to your property type and length of
stay. We will be happy to discuss this with you in more detail
when we come out to look at your property. As a general rule we
charge up to 15% commission on the monthly rental and a one off
finders fee depending on the length of stay: e.g. for a 3 - 6
month rental we charge 200 €uros , 6 – 12 months the full annual
fee is applicable.
How much does this
cost?
The cost for our Management Service is around 350 €uros
annually depending on the package you require. This service is
imperative to home owners who do not live here in Spain, you
have peace of mind that a professional company is on hand to
deal with any issues that may arise and the knowledge that your
home is visited once or twice a month. A package can be designed
for your choice and needs.
This cost includes:
Key holding, regular property inspections normally once or twice
a month, which will include: the checking of all lights and

otherwise agreed with Property Choice.
