• Leading off the lounge is the private balcony which overlooks the large swimming pool with children's area of pool and landscaped terrace with Olive trees. Balcony furniture with two relaxing chairs and two beach chairs plus umbrella.

• Fully fitted kitchen area with full cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, juicer, sandwich maker, washing machine. Fully equipped with utensils and cutlery to cater for six.

• Bedroom 1-  double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, chest of draws and fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan and air/con.

• Bedroom 2- 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe with chest of draws, ceiling fan.

• Bathroom is fully tiled with bath, shower, wash basin and vanity unit with mirror and lights above basin.

• There is secure allocated underground parking  (no extra charge) with lifts that have direct access to all floors and your apartment.

• The complex has security gates and has an intercom system. You are supplied with keys for the gates. Very safe for children.

• There is a communal roof terrace  for further sun bathing with terrific views to the sea and surrounding area.

Additional Information
COSTAMARINA is a two bed roomed APARTHOTEL 15 mins drive south of Torrevieja, on the stretch of coast called the Orihuela Costa. 40 minutes drive from Alicante Airport and 20 minutes from Murcia Airport (St. Javier). Price includes electricity, cable T.V. and full dual air-conditioning/heating. The Costamarina has a reception area, public telephone, fax facilities, also communal lounge with cable TV.  There are restaurants, bars a bank etc. all within the complex, with a fast variety a couple of minutes walk away. The main bus route runs by the apartment with the bus stop just outside.  Torrevieja with its marina and night tourist market is a must and Cartagena which is a Naval town is well worth a visit. Murcia to the west is not to be missed with its beautiful cathedral.

There are various leisure activities in the area, including swimming, diving, horse riding, water-skiing, wind-surfing.  There is a leisure complex near Torrevieja which also has a Water Park. The coastal path is 5 minutes walk away. The apartment overlooks the large swimming pool. Mar Menor with it's inland sea is a short drive away. There are various markets, marinas and blue flag beaches doted all around.  The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk away, with Cabo Roig and La Zenia being a few minutes car drive. The area is known for its wonderful climate due to the salt lakes. There are 3 Championship and various international golf courses including Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor all within a 10 to 15 minute drive.

The complex has wheelchair access, suitable for the disabled.

Linen and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. If you require a further change of linen during your stay this can be arrange and paid locally.

How to book 
Check availability, then contact us to make a reservation. Once we have confirmed your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £50 on confirmation of booking.  Full balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A  deposit of £50 will be required for damages/key return refunded immediately on inspection

Other conditions
You may take occupancy of the apartment anytime form 2 pm on your day of arrival.  You must vacate the apartment no later than 12 noon on you last day. But this can be flexible if availability allows.

Airport transfer information and contact can be given and paid locally.
Or reasonable car hire information can be given.
