complex has security gates and has an intercom system. You are
supplied with keys for the gates. Very safe for children.

Information
Playamarina II is a brand new
Aparthotel situated in the very popular Aguamarina area of Cabo Roig in
Orihuela Costa near Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. The aparthotel is
close to a wide variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and
pockets. It is also just a few minutes walk from several Blue Flag
beaches.
The
communal pool and Jacuzzi are for residents and guests only and there is
allocated parking in the secure underground parking area.
Our
apartment is on the first floor accessed by stairs or lift and is on the
quiet side of the building (South facing).
The large
balcony overlooks the pool area and has sea views.
The complex has wheelchair access, suitable for the disabled.
Location
& Activities
For those wishing to venture further a field the bus stop is right outside.
Close to the apartment within 15-20 min horse riding, tennis, a
theatre/cinema, go-karts, water park, water sports and several other
activities can be found.
Championship golf courses are within 10 min drive including the 18 hole
Villamartin, others include Real de Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
The area is ideal for the golf enthusiast, beach lover and families alike.
Alicante airport is a 45 min drive away. The N332 road runs from
airport and passes Playamarina II making directions easier should you wish to
drive. Murcia airport is 20 min drive away.
Security
The aparthotel is finished to the highest standard and for your security and peace of
mind the pool area from the outside can only be accessed by key. The main
entrance is accessed by key or intercom system. There is 24 hour
reception, smoke alarms and emergency lighting. Inside apartment there is
a safe for your use.

Extra
Cleaning charge 40 euros for up to 4 people. Additional person/s 5
euros each maximum 6.
Air Conditioning is available at an extra charge of £15 per week.
Linen and bath towels are
provided.
Beach towels are not provided.
If
you require a further change of linen during your stay this can be
arrange and paid locally. How to book
Check
availability, then contact us to
make a reservation. Once we have confirmed your booking we require
a non-refundable deposit of £50 on confirmation of booking.
Full balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A deposit of
£50 will be required for damages/key return refunded immediately
on inspection.
Other
conditions
You may take occupancy of the apartment from 3 pm onwards on
your day of arrival. You must vacate the apartment no later
than 12 noon on your last day. But this can be flexible if
availability allows.

Up to 4 weeks = Loss of Deposit only
Up to 2 weeks = 25 per cent of rate refunded
after 2 weeks = No refund
