This modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment situated on
the third floor of a new block has lift access, and is a well
equipped comfortable holiday home.

The lounge and dining area is very spacious and complete
with 2 sofas, dining table and chairs, ceiling fans, satellite
TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead out onto the balcony area.

The fully equipped kitchen has oven and hob, microwave
oven and fridge freezer. Off the kitchen is an outside
galleria complete with washing machine and drying area.

The main bathroom is fitted to a high standard and has
bath with shower, bidet, basin and WC.

The apartment has 3 double bedrooms: The master bedroom
has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading out
onto the balcony and a large en suite bathroom. The further two
rooms both have twin beds and wardrobes.

The apartment block also has a roof top solarium with
views down to the sea and surrounding area.

Location
Los
Montesinos
is a typical Spanish village with good amenities including bars,
restaurants, supermarkets, a weekly street market and a lovely
square where the locals enjoy early evening socializing. To really
appreciate this area of the Costa Blanca a car is recommended,
Guardamar, and Torrevieja are a 10 minute drive away or if golf is
your sport Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and La Finca courses are all
reached within 15 minutes. This apartment would be ideal for a
long or short stay holiday or as a base to explore this area of
the Costa Blanca.
