• This comfortable 2 bed 2 bath bungalow at La Finca Golf is furnished to a good standard and has everything needed for a great relaxing holiday on the South Costa Blanca. It is a great base for either golfers or families alike.

• The open plan lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas, dining room table and chairs, air conditioning, satellite TV and views down across the course.

• The sunny terrace off the lounge overlooks the community with views over the course and with steps that lead onto the graveled garden or up to the roof top solarium which is ideal for catching the Mediterranean sun. Patio furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ are provided.

• The kitchen is well equipped with w/machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freeze, dishwasher and all utensils.

• There are two bedrooms one double and one twin, both with fitted wardrobes. The double bedroom has an en suite shower room. This accommodation can sleep 4 comfortably however an extra single bed can be added if required.

• The main bathroom is fully fitted with a shower over the bath, WC, basin and bidet.

• There is a good sized community pool just short walk from the front of the apartment

Location
The property is located on the La Finca Golf complex on the outskirts Algorfa, a Spanish village situated on the south Costa Blanca. The complex has a commercial area with shops, bars and restaurants and down on the championship golf course there is a wonderful club house serving a la carte and snack type meals. For those who want to go out and about the beach is just a 15 minute drive away with the towns of Torrevieja, Alicante and Murcia all within easy reach. Other courses in the area are also within easy reach of this most relaxing yet opulent complex.

What is included?
All prices include airport collection for up to 4 people from either Alicante or Murcia Airports, A full fridge on arrival, cleaning and laundry charges on your departure and a mid stay clean for multiple week bookings. For more that 4 people please add on an extra £25/40€ per person. Other services that can be booked include, car hire, mid stay cleans, golf tee off times, other sporting activities, transport to and from other golf courses, day trips and many more.
